Ecco un protocollo per identificare le interazioni genetiche attraverso uno schermo soppressore numero di copie aumentato in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Questo metodo consente ai ricercatori di identificare, clonare e testare i soppressori in mutanti di lievito di breve durata.
