Une approche vaisseau-fenêtre ouverte utilisant des traceurs fluorescents fournit une résolution suffisante pour la mesure du débit sanguin cochléaire (CoBF). La méthode facilite l’étude des changements structurels et fonctionnels du CoBF chez la souris dans des conditions normales et pathologiques.
