Aqui, apresentamos um método para identificar compostos que modulam o mecanismo ADCC, um importante mecanismo de morte de células cancerígenas de anticorpos antitumorais. O efeito citotóxico das células NK é medido em esferoides de células de câncer de mama na presença de trastuzumabe. A análise de imagens identifica células assassinas e alvo vivas e mortas em esferoides.
