Neutrofielen behoren tot de eerste cellen aan te komen op de site van inflammatoire immuunrespons, en hun functies en mechanismen zijn uitgebreid bestudeerd in vitro. Demonstreren we een standaard dichtheidsgradiënt scheidingsmethode voor de menselijke neutrofielen isoleren van volbloed met in de handel verkrijgbaar scheiding media.
