Hier zeigen wir ein Verfahren zur Induktion und Aufzeichnung des Fortschritts einer verzögerten Typ-Überempfindlichkeit (DTH)-Reaktion bei der Ratte Ohr. Dies wird durch eine Demonstration der Vorbereitung der Ratte Ohrgewebe für Zwei-Photonen-Imaging der Effektor / Memory T-Zell-Antwort folgte.
