Abstract

Introduction

ISH,使用标记的核酸探针来检测特定的DNA或RNA感兴趣的序列,是描述形态保存组织11、2、32,3中目标基因的空间表达模式的有用方法。通常,目标序列由聚合酶链反应(PCR)生成,然后用作模板,合成标有二戈西根尿碱-5′-三磷酸的抗感觉/感觉RNA探针。样品在用核试探孵育前固定并渗透。洗掉多余的探针后,利用抗地氧辛抗体,即碱性磷酸酶33、4、5、6,4,5,6通过免疫组织化学进行可视化。

Protocol

Representative Results
