Bugspytkirtelsaft er en dyrebar kilde til biomarkører for kræft i bugspytkirtlen. Vi beskriver her en metode til intraoperativ indsamlingsprocedure. For at overvinde udfordringen med at vedtage denne procedure i murinemodeller foreslår vi en alternativ prøve, tumor interstitiel væske, og beskriver her to protokoller for dens isolering.
