Abstract

Introduction

수술 후 통증은 항문 직장 수술에서 가장 흔한 합병증 중 하나입니다. 이러한 질환 중 치질 수술로 인한 통증이 특히 두드러진다1. 일반적으로 수술 후 통증은 수술 후 불안2, 부적절한 수술 방법3, 혈액 및 림프류 폐쇄4, 수술 상처 감염, 항문 내 괄약근 경련5 등에 의해 유발될 수 있다. 대부분의 경우 수술 후 통증은 정상적인 생리적 반응이지만, 과도하거나 지속적인 통증은 환자에게 불편함을 유발하고 심리적 압박을 가중시켜 회복을 방해한다6.
