Prophylaktischen und therapeutischen Impfung oft nicht starke Immunantworten aufgrund Woche Entwässerung des Impfstoffs zu stimulieren, um Knoten und folglich schlechte Beteiligung von Immunzellen Lymphe. Durch direkte Injektion des Impfstoffes in Lymphknoten, sogenannte intralymphatischer Injektion, die Wirksamkeit des Impfstoffes kann stark verbessert werden, und Impfstoffdosen verringert werden.
