Experimentelle Sepsis in Mäusen mit der Blinddarm-Ligation und Punktion (CLP)-Methode ausgelöst werden. Aktuelle Protokolle Autophagozytose in vivo im Rahmen des CLP-induzierten Sepsis beurteilt werden hier vorgestellt: Ein Protokoll für die Messung unter Verwendung Autophagozytose (GFP)-LC3 Mäuse und ein Protokoll für die Messung Autophagosom Bildung durch Elektronenmikroskopie.
