Ein Modul für einzelne Ebene Illumination Microscopy (SPIM) beschrieben, die leicht zu einer umgekehrten Weitfeld-Mikroskop angepasst ist und für 3-dimensionale Zellkulturen optimiert. Die Probe wird in einer rechteckigen Kapillare angeordnet ist, und über ein Mikrofluidiksystem Fluoreszenzfarbstoffe können pharmazeutische Mittel oder Arzneimittel in kleinen Mengen angewendet werden.
