Het doel van dit protocol is om lymfatische endotheelcellen voering de menselijke lymfatische misvorming cyste-achtige schepen en voorhuiden met fluorescentie-geactiveerde celsortering (FACS) te isoleren. Latere cel kweken en uitbreiding van deze cellen maakt een nieuw niveau van experimentele verfijning voor genetische, proteomics, functioneel en celdifferentiatie studies.
