Das Ziel des Protokolls ist es, lymphatische Endothelzellen menschlicher Lymphmissbildung zystenartige Gefäße und Vorhaut mittels Fluoreszenz-aktivierter Zellsortierung (FACS) isoliert werden. Anschließende Zellkultur und Expansion dieser Zellen ermöglicht eine neue Stufe der experimentellen Raffinesse für genetische, Proteomik, funktionale und Zelldifferenzierung Studien.
