Hoewel het transport van celoppervlak-eiwitten relatief gemakkelijk bestudeerd visualiseren van de handel in intracellulaire eiwitten is veel moeilijker. Hier gebruiken we constructen waarin activeerbare GFP en tonen een werkwijze om nauwkeurig volgen amyloïd precursor eiwit van het Golgi apparaat naar stroomafwaartse compartimenten en volg de klaring.
