Volume is een belangrijke parameter over fysiologische en pathologische eigenschappen van cellen. Beschrijven we een fluorescerende uitsluiting methode waardoor volledige-veld meting van in vitro neuronale volume met sub Micrometrische axiale resolutie die nodig zijn voor de analyse van neurites en dynamische structuren geïmpliceerd in neuronale groei.
