We presenteren een protocol om een acuut rechterhartfalen te induceren en te fenotyperen in een groot diermodel met chronische pulmonale hypertensie. Dit model kan worden gebruikt om therapeutische interventies te testen, om rechterhartmetingen te ontwikkelen of om het begrip van pathofysiologie van acuut rechter hartfalen te verbeteren.
