In dieser Publikation beschreiben wir Protokolle zur Beurteilung der Atemwegs-Mukociliären Clearance (MCC) bei Mäusen in vivo unter Verwendung von Dual-Modality-Radionuklid-Bildgebung. Dieses Protokoll ist für eine einzelne Photonenemissions-Computertomographie (SPECT) und Einerfassungsprotokoll für Computertomographie (CT) mit Maus-Ganzkörper-Kollimatoren (MWB) in einem dualen SPECT/CT-System konzipiert.
