Dit protocol beschrijft de verzameling menselijke aortakleppen geëxtraheerd tijdens chirurgische aortaklepvervangingsprocedures of uit cadaverische weefsel, en de daaropvolgende isolatie, uitbreiding en karakterisering van patiëntspecifieke primaire klep endotheel- en interstitiële cellen.
