Een computationeel protocol, CaseOLAP LIFT, en een use case worden gepresenteerd voor het onderzoeken van mitochondriale eiwitten en hun associaties met hart- en vaatziekten zoals beschreven in biomedische rapporten. Dit protocol kan eenvoudig worden aangepast om door de gebruiker geselecteerde cellulaire componenten en ziekten te bestuderen.
