Eine einfache Methode zur primären murinen Kolontumor organoide etablieren beschrieben. Dieses Verfahren nutzt die Eigenschaft, dass Kolontumorzellen überleben und wachsen in Organoiden in Medien, die begrenzte Wachstumsfaktoren, während normale Kolonepithelzellen nicht tun.
