Hier presenteren we een protocol voor de isolatie van gezonde en functionele primaire muisknop hepatocyten. Instructies voor het opsporen van hepatische ontluikende eiwitsynthese door niet-radioactieve labeling substraat werden verstrekt om te helpen begrijpen van de mechanismen die ten grondslag liggen aan de eiwitsynthese in het kader van de homeostase van de energie-metabolisme in de lever.
