Udvikling af murine modeller med specifikke gener muteret i hoved og halscancer patienter er nødvendig for forståelsen af neoplasi. Her præsenterer vi en protokol for in vitro-omdannelse af primære murine tunge celler ved hjælp af en adeno-associeret virus-Cas9 system til at generere murine HNC cellelinjer med specifikke genomiske ændringer.
