Dieses Video zeigt ein Verfahren zur Isolierung von intakten Protoplasten aus Geweben des 14-Tage alte Keimlinge von Arabidopsis. Da die isolierten Protoplasten intakt bleiben für mindestens 96h und sind aus Sämlingen statt einer Monate alten reifen Pflanzen isoliert, beschleunigt dieses Verfahren Assays erfordert intakte Protoplasten.
