Ein automatisiertes Verfahren zur Identifizierung von geeigneten hydrophoben Interaktionschromatographie (HIC) Medien, die in dem Verfahren der Proteinreinigung verwendet werden vorgestellt. Das Verfahren nutzt eine Mitteldruck-Flüssigkeits-Chromatographie-System einschließlich automatisierter Puffer Blending, dynamisches Probenschleife Injektion, sequentielle Spalte Auswahl, Multi-Wellenlängen-Analyse-und Split-Fraktion Eluat Sammlung.
