Un metodo è descritto per selezionare individualmente, manipolare e agenti patogeni immagine dal vivo utilizzando una trappola ottica accoppiato ad un microscopio a disco rotante. La trappola ottica fornisce il controllo spaziale e temporale di organismi e li adiacenti alle cellule ospite. Microscopia a fluorescenza cattura le interazioni intercellulare perturbazione con minimo di cellule.
