In deze studie beschrijven we een verbeterde protocol een gemultiplexte high-throughput antilichaam microarray met lectine detectiemethode die gebruikt kan worden in de glycosylering profilering van specifieke eiwitten. Dit protocol is voorzien van nieuwe betrouwbare reagentia en vermindert de tijd, kosten en lab-apparatuur eisen ten opzichte van de vorige procedure.
