Hier beschrijven we het gebruik van een zelf-assemblage drie-dimensionale steiger aan de cultuur menselijke neurale stamcellen. We presenteren een protocol bij de cellen van de steigers vrij te worden geanalyseerd vervolgens bijvoorbeeld door flowcytometrie. Dit protocol kan worden aangepast aan andere soorten cellen om gedetailleerde mechanistisch studies uit te voeren.
