Wir beschreiben zwei Methoden für die bedingte<em> Trans</em>-Komplementation des Hepatitis C Virus (HCV)-Anordnung und der Abschluss des vollständigen viralen Lebenszyklus, die auf Heterokaryon Bildung verlassen. Diese Techniken eignen sich zum Screening auf Zelllinien, die dominierende Einschränkung Faktoren, die Produktion von infektiösen HCV Nachkommen ausschließt auszudrücken.
