Dieses Video zeigt Verfahren zur Charakterisierung von humanen Langerhans-Inseln mit Hämatoxylin und Eosin (H & E) und Immunhistochemie (IHC). Pankreas-Abschnitten von Kopf, Körper und Schwanz Regionen werden sowohl von H & E und IHC gefärbt, um Inselzellen endokrinen Zusammensetzung (Insulin, Glukagon und pankreatische Polypeptid), Zell-Replikation (Ki67) und entzündlichen Infiltraten (H & E, CD3) zu bestimmen. Die uncinatus Region lokalisiert ist mit IHC für pankreatische Polypeptid.
