Photoacoustique ophtalmologie (PAOM), une modalité d'imagerie optique basée sur l'absorption, fournit l'évaluation complémentaire de la rétine aux technologies actuellement disponibles imagerie ophtalmique. Nous rapportons l'aide de PAOM intégré domaine spectral tomographie par cohérence optique (SD-OCT) pour une utilisation simultanée imagerie rétinienne chez le rat multimodal.
