Adaptive dyp hjernestimulering (aDBS) er effektiv for Parkinsons sykdom, forbedrer symptomer og redusere strømforbruket sammenlignet med konvensjonelle dyp hjernestimulering (cDBS). I aDBS spore vi en lokal felt potensiell biomarkør (beta oscillasjon amplitude) i sanntid og bruke dette til å kontrollere tidspunktet for stimulering.
