Adaptable estimulación cerebral profunda (ADB) es eficaz para la enfermedad de Parkinson, la mejora de los síntomas y reducir el consumo de energía en comparación con la estimulación cerebral profunda convencional (CDB). En ADBS hacemos un seguimiento de un campo biomarcador potencial endógeno (amplitud oscilatoria beta) en tiempo real y usamos esto para controlar el momento de la estimulación.
