Statische adhesietest is een krachtig instrument dat kan worden gebruikt om het model van interacties tussen T-lymfocyten en andere celtypes. Interacties worden gegenereerd door het injecteren gelabelde T-cellen in putjes bekleed met adhesiemoleculen, terwijl een plaatlezer wordt gebruikt om het aantal hechtende cellen te kwantificeren na seriële wasbeurten.
