Dieses Protokoll beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Erzeugung und Reinigung von Wildtyp-und Mutantenversionen der menschlichen INO80 Chromatin-Remodeling-Komplexes. Epitop-markierte Versionen der INO80 Untereinheiten stabil in HEK293-Zellen exprimiert, und die Gesamtkomplexe und Komplexe ohne spezifische Sätze von Untereinheiten durch Immunaffinitätschromatographie gereinigt.
