Målet med denne protokol er at kvantificere genomisk ustabilitet ved direkte observation af kromosomafvigelser i metafasespredninger fra muse-B-celler ved hjælp af fluorescerende in situ-hybridisering (FISH) til telomeriske DNA gentagelser.
