Morbus Dupuytren (DD) ist ein fibroproliferative Erkrankung der Handfläche der Hand. Hier stellen wir ein Protokoll zur Kultur Resektionsproben aus DD in einem dreidimensionalen (3D) Kultur-System. Solche Kurzzeitkultur-System ermöglicht die Erhaltung der 3D-Struktur und molekularen Eigenschaften des fibrotischen Gewebe.
