Aqui, descrevemos um método para determinar a composição lipídica de neutrófilos, com ênfase sobre o nível de colesterol, usando tanto HPTLC e HPLC para obter uma melhor compreensão dos mecanismos subjacentes da formação armadilha extracelular de neutrófilos.
