Laser microirradiation is een nuttig instrument voor onderzoek naar DNA-herstel in levende cellen. Een methodologische aanpak voor het gebruik van UVA lasers voor het opwekken van verschillende DNA laesies wordt weergegeven. We hebben een methode voor het lokale microirradiation die de normale celcyclus; onderhoudt geoptimaliseerd zo doorloop bestraalde cellen mitose.
