Vi beskriver en metode til laminotomy i svin, der giver adgang til lumbal dorsalrodsganglier (DRG) for intraganglionic injektion. Injektion fremskridt overvåges intraoperatively og histologisk bekræftet op til 21 dage efter operationen. Denne protokol kan bruges til fremtidige prækliniske undersøgelser der involverer DRG injektion.
