We presenteren een protocol om te onderzoeken de Overspraak tussen Caco-2 X-Vleug-bestraalde en perifere bloed mononucleaire cellen (PBMC). Het protocol start met Caco-2 bestraling en opzet van de co cultuur met PBMC; trans-epitheliale elektrische weerstand is vervolgens regelmatig gedurende 48 h en westelijke vlek uitgevoerd in zowel Caco-2 en PBMC gemeten.
