Her giver vi en metode til at identificere og isolere stort antal GM-CSF drevet myeloide celler ved hjælp af højhastigheds celle sortering. Fem forskellige populationer (fælles myeloide stamceller, granulocyt-makrofag progenitorceller, monocytter, monocyt-afledte makrofager og monocyt-afledte DCs) kan identificeres baseret på Ly6C og CD115 udtryk.
