نقدم هنا، بروتوكولا لتصور الخلايا المناعية جزءا لا يتجزأ من مصفوفة الكولاجين (3D) ثلاثي الأبعاد باستخدام ضوء ورقة الفحص المجهري. ويفصل هذا البروتوكول أيضا كيفية تعقب الهجرة الخلية في 3D. ويمكن استخدام هذا البروتوكول لأنواع أخرى من الخلايا تعليق في مصفوفة ثلاثية الأبعاد.
