Hier presenteren we een protocol bij scherm extracellulaire proteïne microarrays voor de identificatie van nieuwe receptor-ligand interacties in hoge-doorvoer. Ook beschrijven we een methode ter verbetering van de opsporing van voorbijgaande eiwit-eiwitinteractie met behulp van eiwit-microbead complexen.
