Vi præsenterer her, en integreret protokol, der måler monocyt delpopulation handel under flow in vitro-ved brug af specifikke overflade markører og konfokal Fluorescens mikroskopi. Denne protokol kan bruges til at udforske sekventielle rekruttering trin samt for at profilere andre leukocyt undertyper ved hjælp af andre specifikke overflade markører.
