Vi præsenterer her, en protokol for at forberede samordnet registrerings- og subtyping af Salmonella gennem quasimetagenomic sekventering DNA-prøver fra mad og miljø microbiomes. Den kombinerede brug af kultur berigelse, immunomagnetic adskillelse (IMS) og flere forskydning forstærkning (MDA) giver mulighed for effektiv koncentration af Salmonella genomisk DNA fra mad og miljøprøver.
