La sténose auriculaire gauche (LAS) est une nouvelle technique chirurgicale utilisée pour étudier l’hypertension pulmonaire groupe 2 (PH) et les mécanismes qui sous-tendent l’arterialization veineuse pulmonaire. Nous présentons ici un protocole pour se contracter l’oreillette gauche à l’aide d’un clip titane provoque une arterialization veineuse pulmonaire et modérer le PH dans un rat.
