Hier präsentieren wir Ihnen ein Protokoll zur pseudotyped Partikel in eine Einstellung "BSL-2" unter Einbeziehung der Spike-Protein des hoch pathogenen Viren Nahen Osten respiratorisches Syndrom und Schweres Akutes Respiratorisches Syndrom Coronaviren zu generieren. Diese pseudotyped Partikel enthalten eine Luciferase Reporter-gen ermöglicht die Quantifizierung der Virus Eintritt in Zielzellen Host.
