Her præsenterer vi en protokol til at inducere og score sygdom i en xenogene graft-versus-Host disease (xenogvhd) model. xenoGVHD giver en in vivo-model til at studere immunsuppression af humane T-celler. Derudover beskriver vi, hvordan man opdager humane T-celler i væv med digital PCR som et redskab til at kvantificere immunsuppression.
