1-Aryl-1H-Pyrazol-5-Amine werden aus Arylhydrazinen in Kombination mit 3-Aminocrotononitril oder einem Cyanoketon in einer 1 M HCl-Lösung mit Einem Mikrowellenreaktor hergestellt. Die meisten Reaktionen erfolgen in 10-15 Minuten und reines Produkt kann durch Vakuumfiltration mit typischen isolierten Erträgen von 70-90% erhalten werden.
