De belangrijkste procedures om het afdichtings proces te optimaliseren en de real-time bewaking van de MTGS-structuur (metaal-naar-glas afdichting) te realiseren, worden gedetailleerd beschreven. De embedded Fiber Bragg rooster (FBG) sensor is ontworpen om online monitoring van temperatuur en hoog niveau restspanning in de mtg's met gelijktijdige milieudruk monitoring te bereiken.
